Fitness
Training:
For 2008, I have commissioned the training/coaching
of David Shaller, NASM-CPT and Juan Carlos "JC" Santana of IHP
Fitness (Institute of Human Performance). This is not your ordinary
gym! This facility offers the state of the art training for
athletes who want to take their abilities to the next level.
They designed a program specifically for me, and they can do this for
you. The training is tailored around endurance, power and
speed that it takes to race jetskis. As we all know,
there is no better practice for racing then being on course,
however their program is truly the next best thing! For more
information you can visit: www.ihpfit.com or contact David Shaller at DavidS@ihpfit.com .
In addition to my strength training, I
perform 30 minutes of cardio twice a week on my off training days,
and on Saturdays our team and I practice all
day at our private testing facility.
Other Hobbies:
Training, traveling, watching
Nascar, anything involving racing, spending time with my family, working
on the boats out in the shed all
night with Louis.
